昔AipoではTomcatのserver.xmlに「maxPostSize=0」とか書いていたんですよ。
これを指定しないと２MB以上のファイルのアップロードするとコケていたんです。

前は０で無制限だったけど、直感的にわかるようにmaxSavePostSizeに合わせてこっちは実際に０になるようにしたよ。
アイエエエエエエエエ、 Tomcatバージョンアップしただけで、Aipoにログインすらできなくなったやん！
んで結局「maxSwallowSize=-1」を指定するようになりましたとさ。
