webminでsmtp AUTHの構築をし、メールを送信した際に
/var/log/maillog
を見ると、題記のエラーが発生しました。
原因は
/etc/postfix/main.cf
で
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
としなければならないところが、
smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes
になっていることが原因のようでした。
